Im Having Janis withdrawles

The Philly concert is only a memory now , and im looking for the next trip .the next fix, When is Janis comming to the west coast?i guess ill have to wait.My kids came out for this weekend and my Kim asked in the morning . Dad do you listen to anything else these days besides Jains ?{ with a giggle.} she heard my stereo all night long playing Janis Lps. i have to admit i put a stack of LPs on my turntable when i go to rest at night . so whats wrong with that ?. im in heaven . Hmmm i see there is a spell check ill try it someday. see ya i need a fix, goodnight

Every time i see Janis perform she's better than the last time. The Virginia Beach show was no exception.. The songs were familiar, but she hit the words differently.. different inflections... I don't have the musical background to really explain it.. Suffice to say.. she rocked the house.

Mark Austin did a wonderful show as well, we'll be looking him up the next time we're in the DC area.

She's taking a year off next year to write her autobiography (altho she has also said she'll be touring NZ next year), so maybe there'll be a Far East tour next year (NZ, Australia, Singapore and maybe Hong Kong and Japan, too) in 2007.

Saxman I hear you too! I'll be in serious withdrawal in a few weeks- but for now am just gearing up for Janis's UK visit :D

also Mike Janis has released so many albums you'll never get bored even if you never listen to anything but Janis :)
