I got my first speeding ticket. Pretty hefty one, too... Eep. I've learned my lesson. Don't kill me?

I'm getting along with everyone at work now... Though it can be difficult.

I was away for a week, renters had the house, so I had a pretty long commute and no internet. On the good side we visited Hampton Beach one day. I love waves, though the salt and seaweed really do a number on my hair and my skin. Not to mention the waves that can pick me up and bash me on the bottom a bit.

Just thought I'd wave hello again? No... I won't be able to make it to the Bluebird Cafe shows. If there was any chance at all, I'd hold out, but I have to be up in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, by August 29th. And obviously was here for tonight's concert.

So 2008 sometime... Though I'm not sure when. I'm starting to think it was easier to work my way around highschool to get to see the concerts than it is to slink away from a college campus or two.

Gosh it's hard waiting. The good news is one of my friends will be able to go. She's met Janis with me before, and is a fan. She also happens to go to school in Nashville, and so knows where the Bluebird Cafe is. I told her to have fun. You can't be too envious when it's your best friend.

I'll give the cop credit, takes big brass ones to give a ticket to a dragon! Good to hear from you Song, as for 2008 I know when.. August 1st 2nd, and 3rd.. in Pittsburgh :)

Don't make me send a dragon catcher after you.. we know theres at least one law enforcement official that aint scared of yer bite.

Yeep! I'll be there! I'll mark it on a calendar, and start saving up! Either I'll come on my own in which case I'll fly (airplane, lets be reasonable). Or if I can convince my father and sister we'll either fly or drive. I just can't drive all that way alone.

Yeah.... He was impervious to the death stare I sent at him, and stalwart in the face of the very poisonous tears. Ah well. Better luck next time. Or get a radar detecting device. My grandfather has one of those.

Sounds like a plan.. if you come alone, i'll guarrantee a pickup at the airport and an escort to the hotel. Bring the family if you can, the more the merrier!

Radar Detectors breed a false sense of security.. your best weapon is your eyes.. spot that bear in the grass or behind that billboard. Of course that doesnt help against the dreaded automatic cameras..

Just keep it under the sound barrier, you wacky lil dragon

Yes! Yes! Get her a bus! People will probably pay for the experience!

I can almost guarantee that that August weekend will be one three-day period where "same sh*t, different day" will not apply.

Ahh, Hampton Beach. I used to go there quite a bit. One of my first concerts was at the Hampton Beach Casino. I saw Steppenwolf!!!

Oh yeah! Whoot! Definitely looking forward to it.

Hampton beach was marvelous.

I don't get carsick... easily. With Sister Rose at the wheel, though... That's stepping it up to an entirely different level.

;)

She trained me, you know... That cop didn't know what he was getting into...

:p
